Please log in to access your personal record, to renew your books and to make reservations. You can check the information stored about yourself, find out what titles you have on loan, titles you have that are overdue and any outstanding reservations. You may also renew your loans from here.
All you do is enter your library card number along with your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Don't know your PIN Number?
You can get your PIN Number from us in a number of ways. Firstly, you can call the Libraries Renewal Number 0844 800 8006 and choose option 0 to be connected to a member of staff. They will ask you a set of questions to verify your identity and then give it to you over the phone.
Secondly, you can telephone your local library. Again, they will ask you a number of questions to verify your identity and then tell you your PIN Number.
You can also visit a library to be given your PIN number in person. It would help if you could bring some form of ID with you, such as driving licence, credit card, utility bill etc
You may wish to fill in a form requesting a PIN Number. On receipt of the form, we will phone you back at a time convenient to you during weekday office hours to complete the identity check as above.
If you are not already a member of Norfolk Library and Information Service, then you can join online and you will be prompted to choose your own PIN Number.
Please note that we are unable to email PIN Numbers for security reasons.
